Optional accessories

Aluminum cover and telescopic sheath: can prevent foreign objects and impurities from entering KKS industrial robots and affecting their service life, accuracy, and smoothness
Motor connection flange: can lock various types of motors onto KKS industrial robots
Limit switch: provides a safety mechanism for slider positioning, starting the origin, and preventing the slider from exceeding its travel distance

Optional accessories

The track configuration adopts a U-shaped cross-section and is designed using finite element analysis software to achieve a balance point between volume and rigidity, making the track highly rigid, compact, and lightweight.

Four directional equal load

The reflux system between the track and the slider adopts a 2-row Goethe tooth design for the contact surface between the ball and the ball groove, with a characteristic of a 45 degree contact angle. This design enables the KKS industrial robot to withstand equal loads in all directions.

Modularization

KKS industrial robots, through modular design, integrate ball screws and linear slides, which can save the disadvantages of traditional actuation platforms such as the selection, installation and calibration of guiding and driving components, large volume, and space estimation.
Therefore, KKS industrial robots can provide features such as fast selection, installation, compact size, and high rigidity, which can significantly reduce the usage space and time of clients.
