Rigid reinforcement of sliding seat

The body and slide are integrally formed, which improves the problem of poor rigidity and reduces the width, making the installation space of the equipment smaller.

Easy maintenance

Both sides of the entire series have external oil injection nozzles that can be directly filled with oil without the need for a cover. Special steel belt tie design can reduce hair and can be used in cleanroom environments.

Assembly, time-saving, and convenient

It can be fixed from top to bottom or from bottom to top without dismantling the steel strip.
Add installation reference surface support on the side of the body.There is a positioning PIN hole at the bottom of the body.

The strength increases and the smoothness improves

Due to the use of aluminum body structure, the strength of the body is significantly increased. Compared with RMH5S/6S, the steel track is embedded in the aluminum body and then ground, thus improving the accuracy of the walking height and straightness to below ± 0.02MM (compared with RMH10/12)
